Free Trial and Lifetime Access

Use the free 7-Day Trial before deciding whether to buy Lifetime Access. The individual trial includes full access at no charge and does not start a subscription.

  1. Open ArtDeck.
  2. On the access screen, choose Start Free 7-Day Trial.
  3. Confirm the free trial with the App Store.

Apple ties the trial to the Apple Account that starts it. You do not need a separate ArtDeck account. During the trial, App Settings > General > ArtDeck Access shows the end date and time.

If Start Free 7-Day Trial is unavailable, Screen Time or device management may have turned off in-app purchases. Restore Purchases still works, because restoring never creates a charge.

Choose Get Lifetime Access on the access screen or in App Settings > General > ArtDeck Access. ArtDeck shows the App Store price for the current storefront before you buy.

Lifetime Access requires one payment and has no subscription. If you bought an earlier paid version of ArtDeck, your original purchase includes full access and there is nothing to buy.

  1. Make sure the App Store is signed in to the Apple Account that owns the purchase.
  2. Open App Settings > General > ArtDeck Access. If ArtDeck is locked, use the ArtDeck Access screen instead.
  3. Choose Restore Purchases.

The App Store may ask you to sign in. Restoring is free. A purchase waiting for Ask to Buy or another approval stays pending until the approver responds, and ArtDeck unlocks once the App Store confirms it.

Lifetime Access can be shared through Family Sharing when Purchase Sharing and each family member’s settings allow it. The 7-Day Trial is always individual, so each family member starts their own.

Changes to Family Sharing, Purchase Sharing, or family membership can end shared access. If shared access is missing, check those Apple settings, then choose Restore Purchases or Check Access Again.

Note: ArtDeck cannot see a Family Sharing change while the device is offline. It applies the change as soon as the App Store reports it.

When the trial ends, ArtDeck keeps every board but locks the gallery and canvas. Buy or restore Lifetime Access, or choose Check Access Again if you already have access.

From the locked access screen, choose Export All Boards to Photos to save every active and archived board as a 4K SDR PNG with its board background. ArtDeck asks for permission to add to Photos first; if you decline, choose Open Settings to grant it. If some boards fail, choose Retry Unexported Boards to finish the run.

Each new export saves another copy. ArtDeck can add to Photos but cannot read your library, so it cannot skip boards you already saved.
